Chuck is BVCC Director and a licensed professional counselor. He graduated with a Master's degree from Colorado Christian University. Chuck is a Divorce
Busting® marriage coach and certified in Life Innovations PREPARE/ENRICH
marriage inventories. He provides pre-marital counseling, and as a licensed minister in the State of Colorado, performs weddings.
He is a member of the American Association of Christian Counselors, and New Life Christian

Melannie Ehrlick, LCSW

Melannie Ehrlick earned her Master's degree at the University of Denver Graduate School of Social Work, specializing in adult and family counseling. A licensed clinical social worker, Melannie works with adults and adolescents, and their families, who are dealing with addictions.
She has held a license as an addictions counselor in the state of Montana and holds a bachelor's degree in Psychology Science from Montana State University. She also serves as faculty in the graduate
counseling program at the University of Phoenix and is licensed in the State of Colorado.
Katey Parsons, LPC, NCC

Katey Parsons earned her Master of Education degree in Counseling Psychology at University of Missouri. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the State of Colorado and a Nationally Board Certified Counselor. She is a member of the American Counseling Association and is currently training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).
Katey has worked in the mental health field for 10 years serving a variety of counseling needs. She primarily counsels those with depression, anxiety and trauma, and also works with children and adolescents and provides group therapy.
Rachel Moses, MA

Rachel earned a Master's degree in counseling from Colorado Christian University, with additional
biblical training from Fuller Theological Seminary. Rachel graduated with a Bachelor's degree in
communication from Truman State University.
She has a background working with women in crisis, teen-age children and young adults, and has lead groups
overseas for Young Life and Impact Ministries. She currently works with couples, women's issues, and individual therapy and is pursuing her licensure in the State of
Colorado.
Ryan Espinoza, MA, NCC
Counselor

Ryan earned a Master's degree in counseling from Denver Seminary and a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from Metropolitan State College of Denver. He specializes in working with men to overcome anxiety, improve relationships, and reduce work and life stress. He also has a background working with middle school-aged students and is a Nationally Board Certified Counselor.
He also counsels military members and their families adjusting to life changes before or after deployment. Ryan served in the United States Army Reserves for eight years and deployed to Iraq in 2003.
