- If you miss a session, payment is required before scheduling a new session.
- If you encounter financial difficulties at any time during counseling, please discuss it
with your counselor.
- Your cooperation with these policies enables us to continue offering professional, affordable

If you need financial assistance for counseling, please call the office at 303-763-9367 and we will speak with you about options. Many area churches help provide assistance
for counseling for those in their community through Church Partnerships.
Church Partnerships
Many area churches partner with us to bring quality, affordable counseling to their community.
People who seek counseling from BVCC and need financial assistance are given a Financial
Assistance Form to take to their local church. The partnering church is able to decide the
amount of support they offer.
We believe it is important for clients to pay for counseling as an investment and commitment
to recovery. Therefore, we ask the client to pay as much as they can before requesting financial
assistance. The goal of Church Partnerships is to encourage clients to develop a close
relationship with their church home, where they receive Christian care and discipleship.
For more information, please contact Chuck at 303-763-9367 or email

Insurance
BVCC does not accept medical insurance to cover counseling fees. Find out from your insurance
provider if they will reimburse you for counseling services. Our counselors will provide you
with a receipt of payment that you can submit to your insurance provider.
Victim's Advocacy
BVCC works with local agencies who provide counseling assistance to victims within their care.
Please make sure your counselor knows that you are participating in a Victim's Advocacy program
during your first session.
Donations to BVCC help those who need financial assistance receive professional, affordable
counseling. Funds may also help support the needs of the Center, such as furnishings or office
supplies, but only as specifically requested.
